I'm officially confused! :D
May. 15th, 2008 03:45 pmYes... there's nothing more strange than drawing an imaginary creature and having it come to life. Seriously.
I drew an animal a while ago. A squirrel x black footed ferret... only to find out... there's a squirrel that LOOKS like it's half black footed ferret... on the same half I drew mine...
Meet, the Eastern Fox Squirrel!

And now, meet my little creation, before I knew the creature ever existed:

Apparently, it can grow up to two feet long, and the distinctive markings are the facial markings, which consist of a white nose, black eye band, white forehead and black ears. O_o
Did I mention I'm creeped out by the fact that this thing exists after I drew it, and never heard of it before even though it's apparently "common" and there's even a hunting season for it?
