Apparently there is a $10 fee for EVERY chargeback whether or not I accept liability.

Therefore, for the two $10 chargebacks, the person got their money back ($20) AND I FUCKING GOT CHARGED ANOTHER $20 IN FEES. And there's not shit I can do about it. I called paypal, I raised hell, they basically told me there was nothing I could do about it and that I HAVE to pay them back their fucking money. GOD DAMN IT. Why do some furries have to be such fucking assholes?! It's NOT fucking RIGHT!

I don't need this shit right now. I don't NEED any fucking debt. But they're doing this anyway. And apparently if I don't pay them back the money within 7 days they're going to send collections agencies after me. FUCK.

I want to beat someone's head into a wall, whether it be the credit card companies for the fucking fees that are the same amount as the charges, PayPal's executives, this "person" if I should even give them the dignity of calling them that, or myself.

I vote for the last one, since that's the only one I can get to.

I hate you, paypal. I'm switching to Google Checkout as soon as I work my ass off again for the money to pay you back, so I don't get sued by you when I refuse to pay you that money that you don't deserve.

That makes absolutely no sense what so ever; I'd be POed too.

Had you already sent the buyer the artwork (hard copy or jpg?) In the future, send a watermarked or thumbnailed jpg for approval before payment, or just say "no refunds" (because after all you have put in time and creative energy already)

Thing is, they HAD paid. I'd been paid for almost a month before they issued a chargeback. So now they get the art, AND I have to pay back their money plus $20 (which I don't have)

According to them they 'got rid of' their paypal account, somehow, and they refuse to admit they even bought art from me even though I have all the art to prove they did. But since it's digital, it's not 'proof' enough for PayPal. And thus I'm being charged $40 I don't have for art they wanted for free. -_-
